Remote Support
If you need remote support. follow these instructions:
- Click on the Blue Remote Support button - it MAY prompt you to save the file. If it does, save it to your desktop.
- If it does not, it saved it in the downloads folder.
- Find it and double-click on it and you will see a dialog box with an ID and password.
- That is when you call me and read me those two numbers.
- I enter them into the same software on my computer and it connects my screen to yours and I can "drive" to troubleshoot issues.
